Are you insane!?! No way! Coca-Cola has an absolutely massive amount of sugar.
The iconic American soda may be tasty and refreshing but it has an astounding amount of sugar, a whopping 39 grams in a 12 oz can. It is absolutely not acceptible! Even those not on a keto diet would be well advised to avoid this stuff.
If you must have soda and can manage to enjoy the taste, perhaps you could consider a diet soda to help acheive your keto goals.
